Based in the Pacific Northwest, Bainbridge Vegan Jerky is a small (really small) family business, on Bainbridge Island, WA, USA.
Having created delicacies from thin air, I know my way around the kitchen pretty well. My love for vegan jerky led me on a quest to create a savory veggie jerky at home. A dash of this here and a heavy hand of seasoning there. After several attempts and tweaks with seasonings, temperatures and time, our little Northwest family was doing some serious vegan beef jerky grubbing.
After handing some samples out, friends were starting to drop by a little more than usual (during a pandemic- but we all kept our distance). The jerky was disappearing more rapidly and a even few people in our city we didn't know reached out to us asking if we were in the local grocery store. So, here we are!
