Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 0-1 business days. Shipments do not occur on weekends or on US holidays. In the event Bainbridge Vegan is experiencing a high volume of orders, you may experience shipping delays beyond 0-1 business days. Should shipping delays occur, we will contact you via email and provide you with an estimated shipping time.

*Instances such as inclement weather, viral outbreaks, surges in carrier volumes, high order volumes, etc. may cause shipping delays. As of right now, Bainbridge Vegan only ships to the 50 states of the United States of America. Deliveries to rural areas of the contiguous 48 states, and deliveries to AK and HI may experience delays as well.
Shipment to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and US Protectorate addresses
Bainbridge Vegan does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US Protectorate (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.) addresses
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
As soon as your shipment is prepared, you will receive a follow-up email to your order with shipment confirmation and order tracking.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Bainbridge Vegan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Bainbridge Vegan is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Bainbridge Vegan only ships within the United States of America and does not ship internationally.
